This article discusses how to set geofence locations in Poll Everywhere 2.0 for use in self-marking attendance.

Log into Poll Everywhere 2.0 in your browser.

Navigate to your account settings and find the Locations tab

Navigate to account settings by finding the My Settings icon the lower left side of the page. This opens the My Settings window.

Select the Locations tab from the navigation bar at the top.

Select New Location on the upper right-hand side of the window.

Set your location in the address field. Give your location a name set your attendance radius (acceptable distance from center where students are considered at the location). Select Save.

Add new location form with the name ‘My class,’ a distance of 150 feet (approximately 46 meters), and a map centered on Elon University at 100 Campus Drive in Elon, North Carolina. The Save button is outlined in red.

Repeat as needed for any additional locations you’d like to add.
