Access Earnings Statements

Summary

Access payroll earnings statements via OnTrack.

Body

  1. Navigate to OnTrack (this link redirects to the "Earning Statements" section on the Employee tile)
  2. Click the link for the desired pay period date
    • The current year is the default
    • If a previous year is needed, click the arrow in the drop down box and choose the appropriate year
  3. The earnings statement will open in a separate window enabling you to view, download, or print the statement
