Map Network Drives on a Windows Device

1.) Press the WIN + E keys

2.) From the Windows Explorer window, right-click "This PC"

3.) Select "Map network drive..."

4.) In the field labeled Drive, select a letter that does not have a path next to it

5.) In the folder field, enter:

• For Departmental Shared Drives:

  • \\homedir.elon.edu\dept\department name\share

• For Personal Network Storage:

  • \\homedir.elon.edu\username

6.) If prompted, enter your Elon username and password

• If you encounter issues, try entering your username as:

  • FS\username

7.) Click Finish
