Registration - Grant Advisor Approval

  Students will not be able to register if you have not granted them approval. Students will only be able to register for courses during their access time, if they have been approved by an advisor.

Step One: Access the website

Navigate to the OnTrack website. Log in using your username and password. Click the OnTrack for Faculty menu.

Step Two: Grant Advisor Approval

Click the My Advisees option under Faculty Information. Use the drop down box next to your advisee’s name to select the advisor approval option. After clicking Submit at the bottom of the screen, please verify the process by making sure the word “Approved” appears next to the student’s name. When you are finished granting approval for your advisee(s), you may click on the Main Menu tab at the top of your screen to return to the Faculty menu.

Log out when you are finished. Please be sure you log out each time you finish using OnTrack to ensure that no one will misuse the access you have been given. To log out, click the Log Out tab.
