1.) Media Presentation Controller (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions 

1. Located on the side wall is the Sharp television and below it is the Crestron Media Presentation Controller. 
2. To turn the controller on, tap the power button located on the bottom right corner of the device. Once the power button has been pressed, the flat panel display will turn on.
3. Once the controller is on, select either AirMedia or HDMI to connect your device to the flat panel display.                                                                                             
4. To turn the system off, press the power button on controller.

Laptop/HDMI Instructions

1. Tap on the HDMI button on the touch panel.
2. To display content from the computer, use the button on the top of the Black Box Switcher to select Input 1
   
3. To display content from your computer, use the button on the top of the Black Box Switcher is on Input 2
   
4. Plug in your device using the HDMI cord beside the computer.
   
5. Ensure that your device is on.
6. To stop screen projection, unplug device from HDMI cord or turn off power on the controller

 

AirMedia Instructions

1. Select the "AirMedia" option on the touch panel.
2. A screen similar to the one shown below will be projected.
   
3. Go the URL displayed at the bottom left corner of the screen, it will take you to a page that looks similar to the one below.
   
4. If you have not used AirMedia before in this room, download it by clicking on the respective buttons.                                                                                                                 
5. Once you have downloaded it, a small panel will appear on your device with an input box.
6. Type in the Room Code that is projected at the bottom left of the projected screen into the input box on your device.
7. Press the "Connect" button, and your device screen will appear on the projected screen.
8. To stop presenting, click on the disconnect button on your computer.

 

2.) Television (Sharp)

Basic Operating Instructions

1. Press the power button located on the bottom right of the Crestron touch panel to power on the system.
2. Press the Volume buttons located on the bottom to adjust the media volume.
3. Press the power button located on the bottom right of the panel to turn the system off.

 

3.) Web Camera (Avaya)
