1.) Media Presentation Controller (Biamp)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Located on the side wall is the Sharp television and below it is the Biamp Controller.
- To turn the controller on, press the power button located on the top left corner of the device. Once the power button has been pressed, the flat panel display will turn on.
- Once the controller is on, select either AirMedia, HDMI, or PC to connect your device to the flat panel display.
- To turn the system off, To turn the controller on, press the power button located on the top right corner of the device.
Laptop/HDMI Instructions
- Tap on the HDMI button on the touch panel.
- Plug in your device using the HDMI cord available in room.
- Select HDMI on the Biamp control panel
- Ensure that your device is on.
- To stop screen projection, either disconnect the HDMI cord from your computer or turn the system off.
AirMedia Instructions
- Select the "AirMedia" option on the touch panel.
- A screen similar to the one shown below will be projected.
- Go the URL displayed at the bottom left corner of the screen, it will take you to a page that looks similar to the one below.
- If you have not used AirMedia before in this room, download it by clicking on the respective buttons.
- Once you have downloaded it, a small panel will appear on your device with an input box.
- Type in the Room Code that is projected at the bottom left of the projected screen into the input box on your device.
- Press the "Connect" button, and your device screen will appear on the projected screen.
- To stop presenting, click on the disconnect button on your computer.
2.) Television (Sharp)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Press the power button located on the top left of the Biamp touch panel to power on the system.
- Press the Volume buttons located on the bottom to adjust the media volume.
- Press the power button located on the top right of the panel to turn the system off.
3.) Web Camera (Avaya)
