Summary
A reference for using the 1Beyond Web Camera in a blended classroom.

Begin the Session
In order to use the classroom web camera, the instructor station computer and Crestron System and computer must be turned on. The computer's power button is most often found on the front or right lower side of the machine.
AppsAnywhere should appear automatically, but may take a few minutes to do so. Open AppsAnywhere and select a web conferencing service (e.g. Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams) or other desired application.
* AppsAnywhere is not offered on a Mac computers. Operate the computer as normal.
Log in to the application and start the session.
Choose the 1Beyond web camera and microphone:
Choose Osprey VB-USL Video Bridge for the attached camera;
Choose SHURE P300 for the microphone;
Choose the appropriate speaker system (either "Same as System" or "Crestron").
Launch the in-room projector and screen by selecting the option on the Crestron touch panel.
End the Session
Log out and close all programs.
Restart the instructor station computer:
a. On a PC, select the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Then, choose the power icon (circle with a line) to restart the computer.
b. On a Mac, select the Apple icon in the top left corner of the screen. Then, choose "Restart."
On the Crestron touch panel, select "System Off" and then, select "Yes - Shutdown" to turn off the system.
Remember!
DO NOT spray disinfectants, water or other cleaners directly on technology equipment! If necessary, squeeze excess liquid from a disinfectant wipe, then clean the device.
AppsAnywhere is not offered on Mac computers. Mac users may access web conferencing services by searching through install programs via the Launchpad or directly using the links below:
