How to Use Room: Base Level Operations
- Turn on the control panel by tapping the screen.
- Turn the system off by pressing the System OFF button located on the top right of control panel.

1.) Control Panel (Crestron)
1. Touch the screen to screen to turn the system on. The system will take 15 seconds to warm up.
2. Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (Computer, DVD, VCR, CD, Document Camera, and AUX).
3. Press IMAGE MUTE, located on the top left to mute the screen image and adjust the height of the projector screen.
4. To turn the system off, press the System Off button located on the top right of the touch screen control.
Computer Instructions
- Tap on the Computer tab on the touch panel.
- Plug your computer in via the VGA cable in the cable cubby.
- Select your desired screen layout.
DVD Instructions
- The DVD player is located in the cabinet beneath the computer.
- Put your DVD on the disc tray.
- Tap on the DVD tab on the touch panel.
- The touch panel will display DVD control buttons.
- Use the buttons displayed to control the DVD player.
VCR Instructions
- The VCR is located in the cabinet beneath the computer.
- Insert your VHS into the player.
- Tap on the VCR tab on the touch panel.
- The touch panel will display control buttons.
- Use the buttons displayed to control the VCR.
CD Instructions
- The CDs can be played from the DVD player.
- Insert your CD into the player.
- Tap on the CD tab on the touch panel.
- The touch panel will display CD controller buttons.
- Use the buttons displayed to control the CD player.
AUX Instructions
- Other devices can be connected via the composite input (2).
- Tap on AUX tab on the control panel.
- The touch panel will display the AUX device options.

2.) Projector (Canon)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 15 seconds to warm up.
- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (Computer, DVD, VCR, CD, and AUX).
