Room Summary
This is a design studio in Arts West with seating for 20 people. This room is equipped with a projector and VGA/audio cables for connecting personal devices as well as a radio and web camera.

1.) Projector (Canon) and Amplifier (Crown)
- Turn on the projector using the remote control found in the cabinets on the left side of the room. The power button is located on the top left corner of the remote.
- Connect your device using the the VGA cable and audio cords.
- Turn on the amplifier by pressing the power button on the front right side of the device.
- Use the amplifier knob #1 to adjust the volume of the speakers in the room.
2.) Radio (Realistic) and Amplifier (Crown)
- Turn on amplifier by pressing the power button on the front right side of the device.
- Turn on radio by pressing the power button on the front left side of the device.
- Use the stereo dial on the radio to change the station number. Change between FM and AM using the FM/AM button to the left of the stereo dial.
- Use the amplifier knob #2 to adjust the volume of the speakers in the room.
3.) Web Camera (Avaya)
Basic Operating Instructions
This room is equipped with an Avaya HC020 web camera to use with web conferencing.
- The web camera in this room is not mounted to the ceiling, but on a tripod stand. To use this with your personal device, you must connect the camera to your computer via the USB cord attached to the camera.
