Room Summary
This conference room is located on the second floor of the Innovation Hall building. It has seating for 16 people as well as additional seating along the side of the room. The space has a Panasonic TV, Web Camera, Air Media, HDMI chord, and charging station.

Basic Operating Instructions
- Turn the TV on by using the touch panel located to the right of the TV.
- Select desired option.
- If wanting to use laptop; choose AirMedia or the HDMI chord provided under the television.
AirMedia Instructions
- Select the AirMedia button on the touch panel.
- Enter the IP address or the web address into the search bar of your web browser.
- Follow the prompts from the website to download the AirMedia application.
- When prompted, enter the access code for the room, found on the touch panel controller or the projected screen.
Additional Features
This room is equipped with a whiteboard either side of the television and charging ports on the conference table.
