How to change your Office 365 profile photo using Delve

How to update your Office 365 profile photo in Microsoft Windows.

All users have the ability to update their profile photo from Teams, Outlook, Web mail, or Delve. Delve is the easiest way in which to make changes to the photo.

  1. Simply go to https://nam.delve.office.com/
  2. Click on the camera that overlays the current profile photo,

  1. Click the + sign to Upload a new photo.

  1. Browse to the location that your photo file is located, left click your new photo, and click open.

  1. Make any adjustments to size, shape, cropping.
  2. Click apply.
  3. It can take a few days to update in all locations such as MS Teams, Outlook, One drive, other Microsoft applications
