Lakeside 214 is a meeting room located in upstairs lakeside. It can be combined with room 212 and 213 for a larger meeting space. Each room has its own projection system and lighting controls. The amount of people that can fit in the room will vary depending on the configuration of the space. 

How to Use Room: Base Level Operations

  1. Use the lighting panel on the left side of the door to light the room. It can be configured to fit different room needs.
  2. Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  3. Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (CMPT, DVD).
      Laptop/Device inputs are built into the wall below the touch screen device.
  4. Turn the system off by pressing the System Off button located on the top-right side of the touch screen control.
  5. To power the lights off use the lighting panel. Turning off the lights will automatically turn off the panel.

1.) Touch Screen Control (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the power button on the top right to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.

  2. Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (HDMI, VGA, AUX, etc).
  3. To turn the system off, press the power button located on the top right of the touch screen control.

Laptop Instructions

  1. Plug in your device using either the HDMI, VGA, or Aux cable.

  2. Tap on the matching input button on the touch panel.
  3. Ensure that your device is on.

AirMedia Instructions

This room is equipped with AirMedia. AirMedia is a way to present that allows users to wirelessly connect to the room's audio and visual system (i.e. speakers and projector).

  1. Select the AirMedia button on the touch screen controller.                                                                                                                                                          
  2.  Enter the IP address or the web address into the search bar of your web browser.                                                                                                                    
  3. If you have not already downloaded the AirMedia software, follow the prompts from the website.
  4. When prompted, enter the access code for the room, found on the touch panel controller or the projected screen.

2.) Projector (Canon)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the power button on the top right side of the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  2. Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (Desktop, Laptop, DVD).
    Computer inputs are built into the wall below the Crestron device.
  3. Turn the system off by pressing the Power button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.

3.) Lighting Panel (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the touch screen lighting control device to turn on.
  2. Choose the desired preset.

  3. To turn off, press the all off button. This will turn off all of the lights as well as the touch screen device.
