Jamf Self Service+ is a tool available to Elon-owned Macs that allows you to easily install approved applications, updates, and resources. It works like an “app store” for Elon devices, providing access to commonly used software, printers, and troubleshooting tools. Self Service+ ensures that devices remain secure and up to date while giving users the flexibility to install what they need, when they need it.
How to Access Self Service+
Option 1: Using Menubar Method
Locate the Elon "E" icon at the top right then select "Self Service."
Option 2: Using Finder Method
Using Finder, choose Applications from Favorites then click "Self Service+" application.
Home Screen Dashboard
The Main Dashboard provides quick access to Elon Tech links, the Catalog for available tools and updates in the left column. The center section displays your current password sync status and the expiration date of your Elon email password.
Elon Links - Tech Related Links
Catalog - App Installs, Printer Setup and troubleshooting tools (such as fixing Wi-Fi or clearing caches).
