"Email all" method in OnTrack
Log into OnTrack
Navigate to your course roster by selecting Daily Work>Faculty>Faculty overview
Select the course you'd like to email from the list
Select "Email All." This will automatically copy all email addresses for current enrollments.
Open Outlook, create a new email, and paste the email addresses into the "To" field.
CSV method in Moodle
Open Moodle and navigate to the course that you would like to email.
Open the course and select the "Participants" tab.
Select all of the enrolled participants by clicking the checkbox underneath the name column.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Select "With selected users..." and choose "Download data table as
Comma Separated Values (.csv)
"
This will download a CSV to your device. Open the CSV, and copy all of the email addresses in the email column.
Open Outlook, create a new email, and paste the email addresses into the "To" field.
