Personal Hardware Support Options

Elon University does not provide hardware support for personally-owned devices. There are a few local businesses that you may want to consider. The Computer Dept., Sites Computer Resources, and uBreakiFix are located in Burlington and provide computer support and repair on personally-owned devices. All locations offer configuration, repair, and troubleshooting assistance for a variety of devices.  These companies are listed as a courtesy only.  They are not affiliated or endorsed by the university.  Elon is not responsible for the work performed by these companies.

Elon University's Technology Service Desk, located at 114 W. Lebanon Avenue, assists students with limited software support, wireless configurations, and problems with print management stations. For more information, contact one of these businesses using the contact information listed.
