Students are likely to receive two different emails from the print system. Please read below for more information on each email.
Email warning regarding file attachments
If you submit an email with an unaccepted file type, you will receive an email like the one provided below. You will need to email your file again with the appropriate file type.
If a user emails an invalid file type (Non- PDF, .DOC, .DOCX, .PPT, .PPTX, .PPS, .XLS, .XLSX, .RTF, .TXT, .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .TIF, and .TIFF.) to studentprint@elon.edu or mobileprint@elon.edu this warning email will be emailed to the user.
Although students can still print from Google Docs using the Canon Printing system, students must download files in Word, PPTX, PDF, or XLS formats to submit for printing.

Email warning regarding print credits
Students are allotted a certain amount of print credits each semester. When you have approximately $10 left in print credits, you will receive the below email.
Example Email
The print credits assigned to you is about to expire.
The print job XXXXXXXX.doc, which you printed on 8/2/2018 14:37:31 PM, will be charged with the amount of 0.03.
