When using Canon printers, it's important to familiarize yourself with the printer layout and the touchscreen interface. Begin by tapping your Phoenix card to log in to the printer. After logging in, you will be directed to the home screen. From there, you can select the option you would like to use.
To the right of the print screen, there will be a keypad.
If your document fails to print or the error light is flashing, tap the Status Monitoring button located in the lower left corner of the screen. Next, check the error message and make the necessary adjustments, such as setting the correct paper size.
