Room Summary

This room is located on the third floor of KOBC and serves as a classroom with seating for 30 people. This classroom includes a projector, a desktop computer, and a touch panel controlling the entire room. The tables in this classroom are movable and can be configured in table or row layouts.
How to Use Room: Base Level Operations
- Turn on the computer by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.
- Login with your Elon username and password.
- Tap the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (CMPTR, DVD, VCR, CD, and AUX).
Laptop/Device inputs are built into the table top of the work station.
- Turn the system off by pressing the "System Off" button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.
- To power the desktop computer off, click the "Shut Down" button (click the Windows button on the bottom left side of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window).

1.) Touch Screen Control (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions
- Touch the screen to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.

- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (CMPTR, DVD, VCR, CD, and AUX)).
- Press IMAGE MUTE, located on the top left to mute the screen image and adjust the height of the projector screen.

- To turn the system off, press the System Off button located on the top right of the touch screen control.

Desktop Instructions
- Tap on the Desktop tab on the touch panel.

- Turn on the Desktop computer and login with your Elon username and password.
VGA Instructions
- Tap on the VGA tab on the touch panel.

- Plug in your device using the VGA cord (5) and the audio connection for VGA (4).

- Ensure that your device is on.
DVD Instructions
- The DVD player is located in the cabinet beneath the computer.
- Insert your DVD into the player.
- Tap on the DVD tab on the touch panel.
- The touch panel will display DVD controller buttons.
- Use the buttons displayed to control the DVD player.

VCR Instructions
- The VCR is located in the cabinet beneath the computer.
- Insert your VHS into the player.
- Tap on the VCR tab on the touch panel.
- The touch panel will display VCR controller buttons.
- Use the buttons displayed to control the VCR.

CD Instructions
- The CDs can be played from the Sony DVD player.
- Insert your CD onto the tray.
- Tap on the CD tab on the touch panel.
- The touch panel will display CD controller buttons.
- Use the buttons displayed to control the CD player.

AUX Instructions
- Other devices can be connected via the composite input (2).

- Tap on AUX tab on the control panel.

- The touch panel will display the AUX device options.
You need to bring your own connection for the alternative device that is going to be used.
2.) Desktop Computer (Dell)

Basic Operating Instructions
- Turn on computer by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.
- Login with your Elon username and password.
- Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Select CMPTR tab on Crestron Control Panel.
- Select Desktop from CMPTR tab to display the desktop on the projector screen.
- To power the system off, press the System Off button located on the top right of the touch screen control.
- To power the desktop computer off, click the Shut Down button (click the Windows button on the bottom left side of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window).
3.) Projector (Canon)

Basic Operating Instructions
- Tap the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (CMPTR, DVD, VCR, CD, and AUX).
Computer inputs are built into the table top of the work station.
- Turn the system off by pressing the System Off button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.
4.) Web Camera (Avaya and Vaddio)

Basic Operating Instructions
This room is equipped with an Avaya HC020 web camera and a Vaddio ClearView HD19 web camera to use with web conferencing. Please review the articles below for additional information.
