Summary
Access, providing electronic consent, electronic consent history, and errors when viewing W-2s in PDF format.
Body
Beginning with the 2023 tax year (distributed in January 2024), Elon University Payroll partnered with ADP to distribute W-2 forms to all employees in either paper or electronic format. W-2 forms for prior years will remain available in OnTrack. ADP will maintain historical records of any W-2 issued for 2023 and in the future. These may be accessed through the ADP link in OnTrack.
For years 2022 and prior, navigate to OnTrack to access your W-2 form.
W-2 Statements - 2022 and prior
Click on the year link to view the W-2 form and a new window or tab will open.
If needed, employees are able to print the form using the browser settings.
If consent was not given to view the W-2 electronically for that year then the year link will not be displayed. Please contact the Payroll office for assistance.
Electronic W-2 Consent History - 2022 and prior
The consent history for 2022 and prior is displayed on the W-2 Electronic Consent form.
