This room serves as a presentation and group meeting area with seating available for 19 people.

How to Use Room: Base Level Operations

  1. Turn on the computer by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.
  2. Login with your Elon username and password.
  3. Press the ON button on the control panel to turn on the system.
  4. Turn the system off by pressing and holding the OFF button located to the right of the ON button on the control panel. 
  5. To power the desktop computer off, click the Shut Down button (click the windows button in the bottom leftside of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window).

1.) Control Panel (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Press the ON button to turn on the system.
  2. Select an input by pressing either PC, LAPTOP HDMI, LAPTOP VGA, or AirMedia
  3. Adjust system volume by turning the volume knob located on the right side of the control panel.
  4. Adjustment to VCR and DVD media can be made using the buttons located on the bottom row.
  5. Channel selection can be made using the directional CHANNEL buttons located on the top row of the control panel.
  6. Press and hold the OFF button to turn off the system.

2.) Wall Plate/WPB 104 (Extron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Determine what input is needed (Audio, Computer, or USB) and ensure you have the needed connecting wires.
  2. Attach cables to the appropriate input.
  3. Choose the corresponding input on the Crestron Control Panel.

3.) Desktop (Dell)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Turn on computer by pressing the power button on the middle of the CPU (located on the left column of the equipment rack).
  2. Turn on the computer monitor by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.

  3. Login with your Elon username and password.
  4. Press the ON button on the control panel in order to turn on the system.
  5. Select PC from control panel inputs to display the desktop on the projector screen.
  6. To power the system off, press the OFF button located next to the ON button. 
  7. To power the desktop computer off, click the Shut Down button (click the windows button in the bottom left side of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window).
