Room Summary
These are identical conference rooms located on the second floor of Moseley. They have seating for 16 people and both have a touch panel control system, projector and projector screen.
How to Use: Base Level Operation
- Touch the screen on the Crestron touch panel to power on the system.
- Select the source you want to use to display the information: AirMedia, HDMI, or VGA.
- Press the power button located on the top right side of the touch panel to turn off the system.

1.) Touch Panel Control (Crestron)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Turn on the touch panel by tapping on the screen.

- Select the desired input (HDMI, VGA, AirMedia)
- If using a wired input, connect your personal device to the wall plate located below the touch panel.

- Adjust the volume using the control buttons on the left side of the touch screen.
- Turn the projector on and off, mute the screen image, and adjust the projector screen height by selecting the Projector Control button.

- Turn off the system and touch panel by pressing the power icon in the top right corner of the touch screen. Select Yes to confirm.

HDMI Instructions
- Tap on the HDMI option on the touch panel.

- Plug your device into the wall plate below the touch panel using an HDMI cord.

- Ensure that your device is on.
VGA Instrcutions
- Tap on the VGA option on the touch panel.

- Plug your device into the wall plate below the touch panel using a VGA cord.

- Ensure that your device is on.
AirMedia Instructions
- Select the AirMedia tab on the touch panel screen.

- The projector will display a screen similar to the one below.

- On your personal device, enter the URL displayed on both the touch panel and the projector screen into a browser.
- If you have not used AirMedia before, the website will provide instructions on how to download the required software.
- Once the software opens, it will prompt you for a room code. This is the four digit code found on both the touch panel and the projector screen.
- Select "connect" to begin your presentation. Use the buttons within the software on your device to control your presentation.
- To end your presentation, select "disconnect".
2.) Projector (Canon)

Basic Operating Instructions
- Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input. (Computer inputs are built into the wall below the touch screen panel.)
- Turn the system off by pressing the power icon located on the top right side of the touch screen panel.
