This room serves as a classroom with seating available for 21 people.
How to Use Room: Base Level Operations
- Turn on the computer by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.
- Login with your Elon username and password.
- Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (Desktop, Laptop, or Document Camera).
Laptop/Device inputs are built into the table top of the work station.
- Turn the system off by pressing the System Off button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.
- To power the desktop computer off, click the Shut Down button (click the Windows button on the bottom left side of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window).

1.) Touch Screen Control (Crestron)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Touch the screen to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (Desktop, HDMI/Laptop, and Doc Cam).
- To MUTE an IMAGE choose IMAGE MUTE located on the top left or DISPLAY on the right side of the screen. Choose OFF for the LCD Displays and/or IMAGE MUTE for the projected image.
- To turn the system off, press the power button located on the top right of the touch screen control.
Desktop Instructions
- Tap on the Desktop tab on the touch panel.
- Turn on the Desktop computer and login with your Elon username and password.
Laptop Instructions
- Tap on the Laptop tab on the touch panel.
- Plug in your device using the HDMI cable.
- Ensure that your device is on.
Document Camera Instructions
- Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Select DOCUMENT CAMERA on the touch screen control.
- Document camera is ready for use.
- Adjustments to zoom or lamp use can be made on the touch screen control.
2.) Desktop (Dell)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Turn on desktop by pressing the power button in the lower right corner of the computer screen.
- Log in with your Elon username and password.
3.) Projector (Canon)

- Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (Desktop, Laptop, or Document Camera).
Computer inputs are built into the table top of the work station.
- Turn the system off by pressing the System Off button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.
4.) Document Camera (Wolfvision)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 30 seconds to warm up.
- Select Doc Cam on the touch screen control.
- Document camera is ready for use.
- Adjustments to zoom or lamp use can be made on the touch screen control.
- To turn the system off, press the System Off button located on the top right of the touch screen control or select another input to use.
5.) Web Camera (1Beyond Falcon)
This room is equipped with a 1Beyond Falcon web camera to use with web conferencing. Please review the articles below for additional information.

Additional Room Features
Installed in the top of the instructor work station is a cable cubby which provides inputs for HDMI, and network.
This room has 16 portable whiteboards, in addition to its large central whiteboard.
Room also has 1 portable charging station.
