How to Use Room: Base Level Operations
This room serves several different learning purposes. It may be operated as a standard classroom, as a SMART Board lab, or as a lab for separate group work. Mooney 206 seats 30 people.
- Turn on the computer by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.
- Login with your Elon username and password.
- Press the touch screen to power on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to turn on.
- Turn the system off by pressing the off button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.
- To power the desktop computer off, click the Shut Down button (Click the windows button in the bottom left side of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window).

1.) Desktop (Dell)

Basic Operating Instructions
- Turn on the computer by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.
- Login with your Elon username and password.
- Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
- Select Desktop from computer inputs to display the desktop on the projector screen.
- To power the system off, press the off button located on the top right of the touch screen control.
- To power the desktop computer off, click the Shut Down button (Click the windows button in the bottom left side of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window)
2.) Touch Screen Control (Crestron)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Touch the screen to turn on the system.
- Use the touch screen control to select the desired input.
- Desktop input is selected from the bottom left of the input options.

- Laptop inputs are located in the instructor station cable cubby- HDMI

- AirMedia allows for devices to be wirelessly connected to the system for presentation.

- DVD can be played using the JVC player, located in the middle of the left column of the equipment rack.

- Document Camera can be selected and adjusted via the touch screen.

- To turn the system off, press the off button located on the upper right of the touch screen control.

Basic Operating Instructions
- Select the document camera on the touch screen control.
- Document camera is ready for use.
- Adjustments to zoom or lamp use can be made on the touch screen control.
- To turn the system off, press the off button located on the top right of the touch screen control or select another input to use.
5.) Web Camera (PTZOptcis)

This room is equipped with an PTZOptcis web camera to use with web conferencing. Please review the articles below for additional information.

Additional Room Features

The instructor station includes the desktop computer, touch screen control, document camera, DVD player, as well as a built in cable cubby with device inputs for: Electrical, HDMI, and Ethernet

Room is also equipped with a portable charging station and a portable white board
