How do I send an email?

  • Sending an email is as easy as clicking the '+ new mail' button located on the upper left-hand corner of the interface.

  • To search your contact list for addresses, click the 'People' tab located on the upper right-hand corner of the interface.

  • Click the paperclip button in the email editor to attach files to your email.

How do I recover a deleted item?

  • Right-click 'Deleted Items' from the left-hand column of the interface and select 'recover deleted items...'

What should I do when I'm finished using email?

  • Don't forget to log out of the system so others cannot access your email account.

Why isn't spellcheck working?

  • Spellcheck in OWA relies on the spellcheck from your web browser. Navigate to your browser's (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) options and make sure spellcheck is enabled.
