How to Use the Room: Base Level Operations
- Tap on the Crestron touch panel to turn on the system.
- Select the projector from which you want to display information: Left, Center, or Right.
- Select the source to display information: HDMI, Airmedia, or Roku.
- To turn off the system, tap the power button on the upper right corner of the touch screen panel and tap "Yes" to power it down.

1.) Touch Screen Control (Crestron)
Basic Operating Instructions
- Tap on the screen to power on the system.
- On the left side of the touch screen control, select the source you want to use to display information: Left Projector, Center Projector, or Right Projector.
- To power on the projector and screen, tap the "Display Control" button on the left side of the touch screen panel.
- Select the projector you want to turn on (Left, Center, or Right).
- To lower the projector screen, tap the "Down" button for the projector screen you want to lower (Left, Center, or Right Screen). Once done using the projector, press the "Up" arrow to raise the screen back up. To mute the image on the projector, tap the "Image Mute" button.
- Once the projector has been selected, select the desired input source: HDMI, AirMedia, or Roku.

- To turn the system off, press the power button on the upper right corner of the touch panel.
- Tap "YES" to power down system.
Audio
Program Audio
- On the right side of the touch screen control are the volume control arrows. To increase the volume, tap the up arrow and to decrease the volume, tap the down arrow.
- To control the audio source, tap on the "Program Audio" button found on the left side of the touch screen panel. Tap on the projector (Left, Center, or Right) that is currently being used and tap on the "Program Audio Mute" button to mute the system.
Microphones
- To adjust and control microphones, tap ont the "Microphone Inputs" tab on the left side of the touch panel.
- For each of the 4 inputs, volume adjustment arrows and a mute button are found under each input.
- If a microphone on the podium is being used, turn the phandom power on for that microphone input.
- Phantom power often used to power microphones such as condenser microphones.
- Can choose between mic or line level
- If mic level is selected it means there's a microphone connected to that input.
HDMI Instructions
- To use HDMI to connect to your device to the projector screen, select the projector you want to use: Left, Center, or Right. Make sure the projector screen is down.
- After selecting the projector you want to use, select the HDMI source you would like to use: Front, Rear, Left, or Right.
- Connect one of the HDMI cords found in the room to your device.
AirMedia
- To use AirMedia to connect your device to the projector screen, select the projector you want to use: Left, Center, or Right. Make sure the projector screen is down.
- After selecting the projector you want to use, select the AirMedia you would like to use: 1, 2, or 3.
- After selecting the AirMedia source you want to use, type in the web address found on the projector screen onto your device.
AirMedia (for PCs)
- Type out the AirMedia URL located on the bottom left side of the projector screen into the address bar and hit enter.
- Once the AirMedia webpage loads, clock on the "Start Presenting" button.
- If the AirMedia application is not downloaded, click the button to download the application and follow instructions to download.
- If AirMedia application has already been downloaded, enter the code for LaRose Student Commons 200 located below the URL on the bottom left corner of the projector screen.
- Once the code has been entered, click the OK button and your computer display should be projected onto the screen. If sound isn't coming out, check the volume on the Crestron panel.
AirMedia (for Macs)
- Type out the AirMedia URL located on the bottom left side of the projector screen into the address bar and hit enter.
- Once the AirMedia webpage loads, click the "Start Presenting" button.
- If the AirMedia application is already downloaded, the application should launch. If it doesn't launch, open up the application and enter the code located on the bottom left corner of the projector screen.
- If the AirMedia application is not downloaded, click the button to download the application.
- Once downloaded, open the Crestron AirMedia application.
- Follow the directions stated on the AirPlay Guidance window.
- Click on the AirPlay button located on the Menu Bar of the Mac.
- Click on the room's AirPlay address
- Enter the password for Airplay located on the bottom left corner of the projector screen. Click "OK" once the code is entered and your computer display should be projected onto the screen. If sound isn't coming out, check the volume on the Crestron panel.
- To turn AirPlay off, click on the Airplay icon in the Menu Bar on the Mac.
- Click on the "Turn AirPlay Off" button
