This page is intended to report technology issues with the FIXit system (e.g., system issues, problems logging in, etc.). If you need to submit a FIXit work order for Facilities Management, please use their FIXit work order system.

FIXit is Facilities Management's work order system for facility-related issues, such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Please report issues directly to Facilities Management staff using https://fixit.elon.edu. For more information, review Facilities Management's "Service Requests" page.
If you are experiencing technical trouble with the FIXit application, such as the page not loading or unable to get logged in, select "Report an IT Issue" and complete the form. Please note, this routes your request directly to Information Technology to troubleshoot problems with the FIXit application. Please report facility-related problems directly to Facilities Management.
