Self-Service Password Maintenance Site Enrollment

In order to change your password for your Elon email, Moodle, network storage, Elon WebServices, and campus computer logins, you must enroll in the Self-Service Password Maintenance Site. The process is simple and straightforward, as long as you have not already locked yourself out of your account. If you need to reset your account password and have not previously enrolled in the Self-Service Password Maintenance Site, you must contact the Technology Service Desk at 278-5200 for assistance.

1.) Visit www.elon.edu/password and click 'Sign Up'

Click Sign Up to enroll

2.) Enter your Elon account username and password, and click 'Login'

On this screen enter your email username and password

3.) Next, select your three security questions, provide answers, and click 'Enroll' or 'Update'

Establish 3 security questions for yourself

4.) Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled in the Self-Service Password Maintenance Site.
