Connect Devices to the Wireless Network

Elon University offers the elonu-connect wireless network featuring WPA2-PSK security for consumer-grade wireless devices such as printers, gaming consoles, Chromecast, FireTV sticks and Roku. You may self-register up to 10 devices through the My Devices portal, and that registration will remain valid for 365 days. To self-register, you must first obtain the Media Access Control (MAC) or Wi-Fi address for your device, which is often times is located on the device or on the box that the device came in. Please note that after registering your device, a status of "pending" indicates a successful registration.

If you cannot locate the MAC or WiFi address, perform a simple Google search on "how to locate MAC address for (insert device name here)."

If you're having trouble getting your device connected, choose "Report an Issue" and fill out the form.
