Self-Service Password Site - Reset Forgotten Password with Duo MFA

1.) Visit www.elon.edu/password and click 'Use Duo MFA'
The "Use Duo MFA" button is circled

2.) Enter your username and click 'Verify With Duo'

3.) Complete the Duo challenge

The choose an authentication method screen

4.) Create a new password and click 'Reset Password'

 

5.) Congratulations! You have reset your password successfully.
