How to sign in to the Creative Cloud App with your Elon email credentials

1.) Locate the Creative Cloud App:

Windows: The Adobe Creative Cloud app should appear in the taskbar near the clock. If you don’t see it, click the triangle icon to expand and reveal hidden applications. You can also access the Creative Cloud app from the Start Menu by searching for 'Adobe Creative Cloud'.

Mac: On a Mac, the Adobe Creative Cloud app can be accessed from the menu bar at the top-right corner of the screen. Look for the Adobe Creative Cloud icon among the status icons. If you don’t see it, you can also open the app from Launchpad or by searching for 'Adobe Creative Cloud' in Spotlight.

2.) Log in using your full Elon email address (e.g., username@elon.edu). Make sure to enter the complete address to avoid sign-in issues.

3.) Select 'Company or School Account'

Enter in your Elon email including your password.

You should now see all your installed Adobe applications, along with other apps available for installation.

4.) To sign out, locate the blue icon on the top right of the Adobe app window and select 'Sign-out'

5.) Click 'Continue' on the Sign out confirmation window
