Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a hub where faculty, staff, students, content, and conversations come together. Accessed via the web or by downloading the app, Teams is available on your PC, Mac, or mobile device. All students, faculty, and staff have the ability to create and join a team. - Team collaboration
- Instant messaging for group and one-to-one
- Content organization with tabs and channels while limiting access to team members
- Status availability options (Available, Busy, Away, Do not disturb, etc)
- Shared file storage for departments, courses, learning communities, committees, etc.
- Scheduled or impromptu web conferencing
- App integrations with OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
