Beginning with the 2023 tax year (distributed in January 2024), Elon University Payroll has partnered with ADP to distribute W-2 forms to all employees in either paper or electronic format. W-2 forms for prior years will remain available in OnTrack. ADP will maintain historical records of any W-2 issues for 2023 and in the future. These may be accessed through the ADP link in OnTrack.
Log into OnTrack (Employees Menu/Tax Information)
Click the ADP Statements button. You will automatically be redirected to the ADP iPay site through Single Sign On. If prompted, enter your Elon username and password.
Choose the Tax year from the drop-down box then click View statement.
Use the Print PDF or Download PDF buttons to print or download your form. Click Back to return to the ADP iPay site.
