Manage Duo Security Enrolled Devices

In an effort to enhance cybersecurity protections at Elon University, the Office of Information Security will soon implement a mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) initiative for all faculty, staff and students. This will add layers of security to critical university systems and ultimately reduce the number of compromised accounts that impact the university community. 

1.) Visit Elon's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enrollment website and enter your Elon email username and password. Then, select ‘Login’ to begin.

2.) Select ‘Manage Duo Devices’ to continue.

3.) Choose your preferred method for authentication using Duo Security.

4.) After authentication is confirmed, you may begin managing your devices. See options noted below. Once complete, select ‘Save,’ then log out.

Options: Delete a device, add a landline phone, add a mobile phone, add a tablet device, select default settings or active the 24-hour Remember Me feature.
