View Your Tickets from the Portal

The IT Self-Service Portal offers quick access to tickets you have submitted. Two ways to view your tickets are outlined below.

"View My Tickets" Button

1. Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal.
2. Sign in with your Elon credentials from the top right corner.
   • You are now on the "Home" tab of the portal.
3. Select the "View My Tickets" button under "Quick Links"
4. View all of your tickets or use the search parameters to view specific tickets.

Under the "Services" tab

1. Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal.
2. Sign in with your Elon credentials from the top right corner.
   • You are now on the "Home" tab of the portal.
3. Select the "Services" tab.
4. Select "Ticket Requests" in the sub-menu.
5. View all of your tickets or use the search parameters to view specific tickets.
