Room Summary

 

This conference room is located on the first floor of the Innovation Hall building. It can seat 6-8 people and can be used for meetings or group work. There is a 65" TV monitor at the front of the room and a web camera.

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Turn the TV on by using the touch panel located to the right of the TV.
  2. Select desired option.

AirMedia Instructions

  1. Select the AirMedia button on the touch panel.
  2.  Enter the IP address or the web address into the search bar of your web browser.
  3. If you have not already downloaded the AirMedia software, follow the prompts from the website.
  4. When prompted, enter the access code for the room, found on the touch panel controller or the projected screen.

  • This room is equipped with a whiteboard on the back wall.
