1) Flat Panel Display (Panasonic)

Basic Operating Instructions

1. Use the touch panel located directly below the TV to power on.                                                                                                                                                    
2. Select desired option (AirMedia, Apple TV). 

AirMedia Instructions

This room is equipped with AirMedia. AirMedia is a way to present that allows users to wirelessly connect to the TV.

1. Select the AirMedia button on the touch screen controller.                                                                                                                                                          
2.  Enter the IP address or the web address into the search bar of your web browser.                                                                                                                    
3. If you have not already downloaded the AirMedia software, follow the prompts from the website.
4. When prompted, enter the access code for the room that will appear on the screen.

Apple TV Instructions

There is also an option to use Apple airplay for to connect your IOS devices to the TV.

1. Select the Apple TV option on the touch panel.                                                                                                                                                                              
2. Navigate to the screen mirroring option on your apple device.
3. When prompted, enter the access code that will appear on the screen.
4. To disconnect airplay, navigate back to the screen mirroring option and uncheck Innovation 200.

2) Student Print Station (Canon)

Basic Operating Instructions

1. On your computer, access the document you would like to print & select File > Print from the menu.
2. Select the StudentCanon_BW printer to send your file to the printer.
3. Tap your Phoenix card on the printer's card reader to log in and view your print jobs.
4. Select "Secure Print" and tap the document you would like to print.
5. Press "Print and Delete" to remove your print job from the queue after you have printed.
6. Press "Log Out" after your document has been printed and you are all set!
