How to enter macOS Recovery on a Mac with Apple silicon
On your Mac, choose the Apple menu >Shut Down.
Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. Once the Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.
Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.
Click Options, then click Continue.
Shift + Option + Enter
- This key combination will prompt for the Personal Recovery Key. The Personal Recovery Key can be found in Jamf.
Login as administrator, then click Next.
Enter the password for the administrator account, then click Continue.
