Gym Summary
Located on the first floor of Koury Center, this space operates as an event center for students, faculty, and staff.
How to Use the Gym: Base Level Operations
- Press the power button in the top right corner of the control panel to turn the system on.
- The system will take about 30 seconds to warm up.
- The system will automatically turn on the two projectors on either side of the back arch way.
- To choose between HDMI and SDI to change what the screens are projecting.
- To turn of the system press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the system off.
- A computer will not be provided

1.) Control Panel (Crestron)
The control panel is located on the left outside wall of the arch at the back of the gym.
Basic Operating Instructions
- Press the power button located in the top right corner of the panel once. The system will take about 30 seconds to warm up.
- Use the two top left rectangular buttons to choose between HDMI and SDI.
- Press IMAGE MUTE, the bottom right rectangular button to mute the image that is being projected onto the two screens.
- To turn the system off press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- When you are done using the projector system be sure to turn it off (the system is not on a timer to fall asleep so if left on it will stay on until turned off).
Laptop (HDMI) Instructions
- Press the HDMI button in the top left of the control panel.
- Ensure you device is plugged into the system.
- Ensure your device is on.
2.) Projectors and Projector Screens (Panasonic)
There are two screens on either side of the back arch, along with two projectors behind them at the very back of the gym.
- By turning on the Crestron control panel both projectors are automatically turned on.
- Use Control panel to mute the image the projector is showing.
- Turn off the projectors by pressing and holding the power button on the Crestron control panel for 3 seconds.
When you are done using the projector system be sure to turn it off (the system is not on a timer to fall asleep so if left on it will stay on until turned off).
