PLEASE NOTE! There are two jacks on the back of your phone. One is for the connection to the wall, the other is for connecting a computer. NEVER connect both jacks to the wall. See the quick start guide PDF attached to this article for more details.
Phone Models
The 8800 series includes the following model phones: 8811, 8841, 8845, 8851, 8851NR, 8861, 8865, 8865NR.
Purchase an IP Phone
Faculty and staff: If you are looking to acquire a desktop phone, please call the Technology Service Desk at 278-5200. Here's what you should know:
- Have the budget number ready to provide to a Service Desk analyst when submitting your request.
- Cisco IP Phones cost $607. This includes all licensing for the phone, and each phone may hold ten lines and features bluetooth capability.
- Add-on modules or sidecars for Cisco phones are $310, in addition to the standard cost of the phone.
