1.) Projector (Canon)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Locate and unlock the projector storage cabinet.

  2. Remove the projector and accessories from the cabinet.

    The following items are stored in the cabinet:A photo of the items that are stored in the storage cabinet. (A Canon projector, Canon remote control, 12ft HDMI cable, projector power cable, power extension reel)

    • Power Extension Reel (optional use)
  3. Place the projector on provided cart in room.

  4. Plug the cart or power extension reel into an available power outlet in the floor pocket.

  5. Connect the power cord to the projector and plug it into the cart or power extension reel.

  6. Connect the HDMI cable to the projector and plug into your device.

      Your device may require an adapter to connect a HDMI cable. Check your device's manual for connecting HDMI cables.
  7. Turn the projector on by pressing the power button on the remote or projector.

  8. Select an Input Signal - HDMI.

      The projector should already be set HDMI input. Change as needed.
  9. Zoom and Lens Shift have been preset. To adjust the size of image move the projector closer or further away from the wall. Focus can be adjusted from the remote.

  Turn the Projector off

Press the POWER button on the projector or with the remote. Press again to confirm shutdown.

Return projector and accessories back to storage cabinet and make sure it is locked.

  Warning. Projector is Hot.

The projector is hot. Please allow the fan to cool the projector after turning off. The projector can be returned to the cabinet after the fan has stopped running. The projector may still be warm.
