Room Summary

This room serves as the Elon Phonathon work room with seating for 20.

How to Use Room: Basic Operating Instructions

1. Turn on the computer by pressing the power button on the top left of the CPU (located to the right of the monitor). 
2. Turn on the computer monitor by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.
3. Login with your Elon username and password.
4. To power the desktop computer off, click the Shut Down button (click the Windows button on the bottom left side of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window).

Available Technology

Below is a list of all the available technology in 002 Phonathon.

1.) Display (Sharp)

Basic Operating Instructions

1. Press the power button on the remote to turn on the display (remote located behind the right side of the display).
2. Press input to select the appropriate input (HDMI/AirMedia).
3. Press the power button on the remote to turn off the display.

2.) PC computer (Dell)

Basic Operating Instructions

1. Turn on computer by pressing the power button on the top left of the CPU (located to the right of the monitor). 
2. Turn on the computer monitor by pressing the power button on the bottom right side of the computer monitor.
3. Login with your Elon username and password.
4. To power the desktop computer off, click the Shut Down button (click the Windows button on the bottom left side of the desktop, the Shut Down button is located to the right of the display window).

3.) AirMedia (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions

1. Press the power button to turn on the television.
2. Press input in order to select AirMedia.
3. From your laptop:
   1. PC: Enter the web address "http://Phonathon.elon.edu" and download AirMedia. [Pic 1]
   2. Mac: Enter the web address "http://Phonathon.elon.edu" and download AirMedia. [Pic 1]
      If you would like to hear sound from your Mac you must download SoundFlower. Click here to download SoundFlower.
4. From a mobile device:
   1. Download the Crestron AirMedia App from the Appstore or Google Play.
5. Insert the code found on the top of the classroom projector screen you wish to project onto in the login screen. [Pic 1 & 3]
