After a power outage, you might find that one or more monitors are not turning on. There is a specific order for unplugging and replugging the devices that can resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:
1. Unplug the computer from the docking station.
2. Disconnect the power supply from the back of the docking station.
3. Wait for 10 seconds.
4. Plug the power supply back into the docking station.
5. Reconnect the docking station to the computer.
No reboot is necessary; the monitors should work immediately afterward. This process may also help resolve issues with monitor display positioning, such as a screen being off-centered.
