This room is on the second floor of the Koenigsberger Learning Center expansion of Belk Library. It can be used as a student study space, a conference room, or even a classroom if needed. It can fit 24 students.

How to Use Room: Base Level Operations

  1. Turn on the TV using control panel to the left.
  2. You can connect your device by selecting "Laptop" on the control panel.
  3. Connect laptop to the monitor using the HDMI cord.
  4. Airmedia can be used by selecting "Airmedia" on the control panel.

1.) Flat Panel Display

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Turn on the TV monitor by using the remote located to the left of the TV.

  2. Select which input you want to be displayed.
  3. Turn off the TV monitor by pressing the power button on the remote once you are done.

 

2.) Control Panel (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Located to the left of the TV.
  2. Use the power button to turn on the system.

  3. Select which input you wish to use.
  4. Use the power button to turn off the system once you are done.

HDMI

  1. Select the "HDMI" option on the control panel.

  2. Connect device to the TV using the HDMI cord.

AirMedia

  1. Select the Airmedia option on the control panel.

  2. Follow the instructions to connect device and begin presentation.

 

3.) Web Camera (Avaya)
