Room Summary

This room is a conference room on the second floor of the Alumni House building. It has a Roku TV as well as two glass boards to write on during meetings. How to Use Room: Base level Operations

How to Use Room: Base Level Operations

1. Use the remote on the table to turn on the TV.
2. Use the buttons on the TV to choose the corresponding display options.
3. Turn off when finished using the system.

Below is a list of all the available technology located in the Martin Alumni House Second Floor.

1.) TV (Sharp)

Basic Instructions

1. Use the remote to turn on the TV.
2. Use the buttons to choose the appropriate input.
3. Use the remote to turn off the TV.

2.) Wallplate (Crestron)

Basic Instructions

1. The wall plate is located directly beneath the TV display.
2. Use a HDMI cord (not provided) to connect your laptop to the display.

3.) Airmedia (Crestron)

Basic Instructions

1. Turn on the Tv and use the Roku remote to select the Airmedia app
2. Type the URL shown on the screen in to a Internet search bar
3. Use the given code to sign into the airmedia.
4. To disconnect select the disconnect option for airmedia on your computer.
