This room is located on the first floor of the McEwen Dining building. It is a space where students can eat if the dining hall is full, or it can be reserved to use for presentations and meetings. Students can also use this space for studying. It has a TV to use for presentations as well as AirMedia connection.

How to Use Room: Base Level Operations

  1. Turn on the TV using control panel to the left.
  2. You can connect your device by selecting "Laptop" on the control panel.
  3. Connect laptop to the monitor using the HDMI or VGA cord.
  4. Airmedia can be used by selecting "Airmedia" on the control panel.

1.) TV

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Control panel is located to the left of the TV.
  2. Use the power button to turn on the system.

  3. Select which input you wish to use.
  4. Use the power button to turn off the system once you are done.

2.) Control Panel

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Locate the control panel to the left of the TV.
  2. Turn on the TV monitor by pressing the power button.

  3. Select which input you want to be displayed.
  4. Turn off the TV monitor by pressing the power button once you are done.

HDMI

  1. Select the "Laptop" option on the control panel.

  2. Connect device to the HDMI wall plate.

VGA

  1. Select the "Laptop" option on the control panel.

AirMedia

  1. Select the AirMedia option on the control panel.

  2. Follow the instructions to connect device and begin presentation.

3.) AirMedia (Crestron)

This room is equipped with AirMedia. AirMedia is a way to present that allows users to wirelessly connect to the room's audio and visual system (i.e. speakers and projector). Additional Room Features
