Request A Transcript

OnTrack access is not available for Alumni. If you have a request for items such as, transcripts, 1098-T forms, or W-2 forms, please contact the appropriate office.

• Official transcripts can be requested via the Registrar’s Transcript page.
• The 1098-T Tuition Statement is mailed directly to the student via the US Postal Service by the Bursar’s Office.
  • Any questions can be directed to the Bursar's Office at 336-278-5300 or bursar@elon.edu.
• The W-2 Wage and Tax Statement is mailed directly to the student via the US Postal Service by the Payroll department.
