Solidworks for Students

*Please request your student license code from your professor. 
A student version of Solidworks is available for those currently enrolled in a class where Solidworks is being taught.  Instructions to access the portal are below but students will need to contact their faculty member to get the SDK code.  Remember that Solidworks is a Windows based program and will not run natively on an Apple computer, see system requirements here.

1. Visit https://www.solidworks.com/sw/education/SDL_form.html fill out the form and click Request Download.

2. At the Solidworks Community Access screen, click Accept Agreement & Continue

3. Follow the directions on the Solidworks Community Access download page to download and install the software.
