This is a photo digital lab in Arts West which can seat 16 individuals. There are desktop computers, a variety of professional printers, two projectors, and a web camera.

1.) Desktop Computer (Apple)

  1. Turn on the desktop computer by pressing the button on the bottom back left of the monitor.
  2. Log in using your Elon username and password.
  3. Turn the desktop computer by selecting the Shut Down option, which is located in the dropdown menu which appears when you click on the apple icon in the top left corner of the screen.

 

2.) Projector (Canon) and Wall Plates

  

  1. Connect your personal device to the room using the HDMI cable which is located next to the door, or bring your own HDMI cable and connect it to the Extron wall plate.
  2. Ensure your device is on.
  3. Move the projector screen down by pressing the down arrow on the wall plate. Adjust the height of the screen using the up and down arrows as well as the stop button.
  4. Turn the projectors on using the Crestron wall plate which has two power on and power off buttons (one for each projector).
  5. Adjust the volume in the room with the volume up and down buttons on the wall plate.
  6. Put the projector in sleep mode by pressing the button with the swirl icon in the bottom left corner.

 

3.) Professional Printers (Epson)

   

In the printer settings, choose the appropriate printer name based on which printer you wish to use.

 

4.) Web Camera (Avaya)
