If you use Google Chrome with eDocs, please install the Kofax scanning utility if prompted.
If not prompted, you should be able to continue to scan as usual. But if you have any trouble scanning, you can try to force an update by installing the latest version from the link below, or you can contact the Technology Service Desk to assist you:

If you continue to be prompted each time you visit the eDocs homepage, it may be that your version of Google Chrome has recently updated and a compatibility problem has reoccurred. If you notice this, you can try using Firefox. Please contact the Service Desk to create a ticket for the eDocs team to work with the vendor to get an updated version of the scanning utility.
