Syncplicity
is being phased out as the university's data backup solution. All faculty and staff should begin transitioning to Microsoft OneDrive for data backup. If you have additional questions, please contact the Technology Service Desk.
Syncplicity is designed to sync files you require backed up anytime, anywhere, to any device.
Users begin by syncing important Elon-related data to the cloud, without the need of moving it to any special location.

You can even set Syncplicity to exclude certain file types. This way you can tell an entire folder to sync, without backing up unnecessary file types
