Set Color or Black & White Printing on Your Device

Setting Staple or Color Printing for PCs

1. Select the Start  button, then select Settings  > (Bluetooth & Devices) Devices > Printers & scanners​
2. Click on the Canon icon, select Manage then select Printer Preferences
3. Under Color Mode, select either Black and White or Auto Color/B&W
4. Select your staple preferences under the Staple/Collate/Group section 

Setting Staple or Color Printing for Macs

Stapling

1. On Printer Features, beside Feature Sets select Finishing
2. Scroll down to locate Staple, then set to On

Color Printing

1. Begin by clicking File->Print 
   
    
2. Select Printer Options and then click Printer Features
           
    
3. Beside Feature Sets, select Color on the drop-down list
   
    
4. Set the Color Mode to Color
